This book is very cool. There are lots of great suggestions with lovely illustrations and places to jot down notes or thoughts. It also has some mandalas to color in. I got this in ebook version, but I think this book would be even better in print version. Still, you can easily follow along with the exercises in the kindle version. Each letter of the alphabet has a word associated with it and a suggestion for how to be more mindful. Like C is for coloring, G is for gardening, and L is for listening. For, example, I love the idea of a kit to grow herbs indoors. I'm definitely trying a lot of these suggestions out.
